Accommodation
The Chamber of Commerce will assist participants in securing hotel accommodation options suitable for different budgets.
- A special rate has been secured at the Biltmore Hotel, the official venue of the forum:
USD 210 per night (including taxes and breakfast). - Reservations must be made through the Chamber of Commerce in Europe, Asia and Africa to benefit from this special rate.
- Additional 3-star hotel options of good standard are available within close proximity to the Biltmore Hotel with rates of approximately USD 100 per night or less.
- As a courtesy to forum participants, the Chamber will also provide airport transfers and transportation between accommodation and the forum venue for participants staying in hotels other than the Biltmore Hotel.
