Dr. Hanadi Saidoun

Dr. Hanadi Saidoun is an accomplished Attorney and academic with a strong background in law, finance, and arbitration. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, a Bachelor’s degree in Law, a Master’s in Private Law from Sagesse University, and a Master’s in International Arbitration and Business Law from Washington University of Law.

She also earned a PhD in Penal Procedure Law, along with specialized diplomas in International Arbitration and International Agreements Drafting from the Lebanese American University (LAU).

Dr. Saidoun is the Co-Founder of the International Chamber of Commerce, Business and Investment (ICCBI) and the International Chamber of Arbitration (ICA). In addition to her extensive professional and arbitration work, she is a dedicated University Lecturer in Business Law and Commercial Law, contributing to the education and development of future legal professionals.
